Survey Dates

Survey Live: 7 February - 28 February 2023

Each participating institution selects a specific three-week period during February and March to open the survey for their students. This allows the national survey to take account of local events and other demands on students’ time in order to increase the benefit of the survey at local level – “national survey, local impact“.

Monday-Friday Drop-In Service

To date, 3,500 students have benefited from support in the centre in the 20 weeks since it opened... A very positive addition to the University of Galway student experience!


Weekly Ezine – timely, informative, an attempt to reduce the volume of emails to students


Cara – The Bot – a digital assistant for students powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI). This innovative service provides students with accessible information 24/7 and can provide answers to thousands of frequently asked questions covering campus facilities and support services as well as timely information based on the student journey
